JEM Training Associates provide a range of courses and events for

Courses

These are designed specifically to meet clients needs. Courses are generally 1-3 days based in hotel accommodation in the Lake District near Lake Windermere but can be delivered at suitable venues elsewhere if required. Clients have opted for bunk-house accommodation and even bivouacking but that is not to everyone's taste and many more prefer a good small hotel with leisure facilities and a lake view!

 

Management Development Courses

Leadership - 3 day 2 night programme based at a Hotel near Lake Windermere.  This programme will take managers out of their comfort zone and give them some insights into the mechanics of managing communication, the key element in leading others.

Managing Change - 2 day 1 night  programme looking at the dynamic in changing business situations. An experiential approach to seeing the best way to motivate and manage a range of personalities. 

Apprentice Development Courses

Preparation for Work 3 days - a practical based programme using some adventure as a vehicle for improving understanding of issues like self-responsibility, safety, communication and working in teams

Apprentice development - 5 days adventure programme designed to stretch the young people and help both them and their managers see what they are capable of.

Team Development Courses

New Teams - 2 day 1 night,

Developing Teams -    1 day 1 night with follow up session

Collaborating teams - 2 days 1 night
